Building Regulations states that there must be a minimum head clearance of 2 meters in the highest point of the loft. Finding out your clearance is the first step in determining if your loft can be converted.
If your home is detached then yes. We have experience in re-trussing roofs. We can raise the apex of the roof to give you the required head clearance.
Alternatively the ceilings can potentially be lowered on any house type. We will confirm feasibility.
Yes – we are specialists in loft design. Our sales director will be your first point of contact, and he will take into account your requirements and discuss with you the best course of action. Once you book and the full survey has taken place, our in-house CAD specialists produce your plans and 3D computer generated images, giving you further chance to make decisions.
Yes – a Building Control certificate will be provided upon completion.
Yes – on completion you will be provided with all the correct documents from Building Control, Planning Department and electrical, plumbing and roof guarantees.
Your loft will have a fully independent floor fully complying with current Building Control regulations.
